We’re once again expecting huge attendance for this year’s Pow Wow and appreciate the contribution vendors make to our traditional celebration every year. We’re committed to ensuring the Pow Wow is a positive experience for you, and look forward to seeing you, and your wares, in September.

Pow Wow etiquette dictates that no pets are allowed on the grounds out of respect.

Exceptions will be made for service animals when the owner can show appropriate documentation.

No. Curve Lake First Nation is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods. We do our best to prevent such issues but there are no guarantees.

There is our First Nation police who does patrol the community.

Vendor booths are 10′ x 10′.

If you do require more space, you may purchase an additional booth (space permitting) at an extra cost.



Yes, you can set up your tent behind your booth if there is sufficient space to allow.

Please respect our environment. DO NOT dump your garbage, cooking oil, or any other type of refuse on the Pow Wow grounds, or anywhere else on the First Nation.

There are garbage bins provided on the Pow Wow grounds. We do not have disposal facilities for cooking oil, and it is YOUR responsibility to take it when you leave!

The ideal set-up times is the day before the Pow Wow begins (Friday, September 20), or prior to 9:00am on the day of the Pow Wow (Saturday, September 21).

To ensure the safety of all visitors, no vehicles are allowed through the Pow Wow grounds after 10:00am.
